   Summary

Medicine has a way of splitting things. Everything organized into neat little categories.

Dennis Whitaker is a twenty-one year old paramedic student just trying to survive. He’s come a long way from volunteer firehouses in Broken Bow, but a few years into medicine he’s already starting to worry about how much of his soul will be left after the field he loves is done with him. Lord knows he won’t be the one to walk away from emergency medicine. It’ll have to chew him up and spit him out first.
