The Dark Alliance

Summary:

King of darkness, RadicalSoda from youtube dot com, calls someone in for a proposition.

Work Text:

RadicalSoda stat atop his thrown, sipping a black coffee, black like his soul.
"Neheheheh" Soda cackled, satisfied that his youtube video "THE "The Pokémon Straw that 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 broke the Camerupt's Back - Pokémon Scarlet and Violet" had sufficiently sown chaos and destruction in the world.
"Oh guardss!!" The Radical called.
A giant bird flew down from the ceiling, looking at RadicalSoda with its big ol eyes.
"You may fetch the woman for our 5:00am meeting now." Radical said.
The bird flew away, bonking into the ceiling before flying through a open window.
Not to long later, the doors to Soda's throne room swung open, and in walked a deer woman.
"Ah ha ha!" Radical bellowed with his squeaky ass twink voice.
"Come in Carol! Come in."
Carol holiday walked in, a disinterested look on her face.
"Why did you call me here today Mr Sodaberg?" She asked.
"Right to the point as always." Soda guffawed.
"As you may have noticed, with the release of "The Pokémon Straw that 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 broke the Camerupt's Back - Pokémon Scarlet and Violet" My empire has grown substantially."
"Is that a threat." Carol mono-toned.
"Nothing of the sort my dear!" Radical responded.
"I've noticed that you have quite the empire yourself!" The bird man continued, "It would be a waste of materiel for the two of us to fight."
"Get the the point." Carol pushed.
"Why not join forces?"
"What?"
"With our powers combined, we could take over this little dust ball, nobody would be able to stop us."
...
For a second Carol thought Radical Soda was lying, making one of his jokes, maybe he enjoyed wasting her time.
But looking at his eyes, Carol didn't see the usual giddiness that the tyrant king normally radiated. Those eyes were unnaturally cold and calculating. For the first time since Carol had met the man, she saw the deep, festering rage lurking beneath the surface of RadicalSoda's skin. The way his hands clenched, his posture was unnaturally stiff.

The perfect ally.
"I suppose, some arrangements could be made." Carol responded.
The two shook hands.
