~~[Gamindustri of the Hyper Dimension; Game variant - Planeptune territory]~~
We open up this story with the events that lead to the first loop that Neptune would go through for the story of Neptunia Unlimited. The four nations of Gamindustri cooperative effort to stop the apocalypse begins with them using a satellite that was in the zone of where the meteor was flying towards.
Neptune, Noire, Blanc, and Vert in their new processor suit looks face the threat head on. Neptune herself mentioned that this time she will stop the apocalypse, but she doesn't understand why she said that before the battle turns catastrophic and she is defeated falling from space before the end of the world in that timeline.
The next thing we see, is a loop starting with Akira just arriving from the world of the anime to this version of the series world. He is unaware of the situation he is entering at this point though.
As he is getting his bearings of his new body after the transfer over to this version of Gamindustri he soon finds Neptune and Rouge who were on their way to the main city of Planeptune. He wasn't sure if he was ready to start building bonds with this version of the girls yet and he wasn't sure about the new Goddesses yet either.
Akira: (I should not interfere with them right now. Things should go through the way they're supposed to first.... Something tells me things will go wrong soon enough....)
As if on cue, Neptune and Rouge end up fighting monsters that were effected by the transfer of Akira to the version of Gamindustri they're in right now. Some of the Dogoo they were fighting had a boosted amount of HP shown in the digital Display that we the audience can see but the characters can't see.
Neptune: NEPU !? What's going on ?! Why are these Dogoo so beefed up now !? Is the writer of this scenario nerfing my Main Character plot armor !?
Rouge: N-Neptune..... We should..... Get out of here.
Akira: (Damn it, guess I have to join the fight !!)
Neptune: Huh !? Who are you ? Are you.... A femboy hero who is going to be in the main plot hook of this fanfiction telling of my latest adventure !!
Akira: Neptune, focus on the fight. We can talk later...... Let's take out these Dogoo first !!
Akira summons out his own sword and he joined the party making it a party of three now. They fight through the monsters, killing a bunch causing them to fizzle out into pink pixelated particles. The party each gained some EXP from the fight but not enough to go up in level.
Akira: We managed to get through them. But, why is this happening so soon ? I just arrived in this world and timeline..... Neptune do you know what's going on right now ?
Neptune: Not a clue, I'm just as clueless as you right now. But.... We are going to the city. I'm sure we can get answers there !!
Akira: ..... Right...... (It doesn't matter in any world or timeline you go to, Neptune is still herself.....)
The party head to the main city of Planeptune, along the way Akira learns a few mechanics that are in the game version of Gamindustri as well as the new mechanics that were added recently in the new game. The party soon arrive at the city, only for more monsters to show up not to long after they meet with the other new Goddesses, Histoire and Nepgear.
Akira decided to sit back for this fight though as Nepgear transformed into her brand new processor units and started to fight the monsters that appeared. Neptune as her memory sparks in her mind remembers that she is a CPU and she goes into her new Processor Units as well.
Akira: (Huh, they have completely brand new looks. Even their outfits outside of their Transformed states are new..... I bet the others have new looks as well. As for those new girls...... Leanbox has new Goddesses ? I guess that Vert has sisters now.)
Neptune and Nepgear take out the monsters, the others are shocked that Neptune was a CPU as well. Before the two of them change back to their human selves. The aftermath of these events turns out to be the meeting that Rouge told Neptune that she was trying to not be at.
Akira thinks about the effects of him showing up will have on the timeline of the new game. Though it seemed it had little consequence thanks to the loop that he is completely unaware of starting before his arrival. ~~[Inside the Planeptune Basilicom; After the meeting ended]~~ Due to the loop starting, this story is set in a timeline loop that has no consequences on the normal canon of the rest of the games.
Akira: ..... (I feel like I've entered this version of Gamindustri at a impass of the timeline. That can explain why the effect started right when I met Neptune....)
Rouge leaves the party and Akira ends up staying at the Planeptune Basilicom. He tells the girls that he came from another version of their world, in turn he learns what they are currently dealing with including the rise of the Sashu cult.
Akira: ("End of Service" Cult ? That's not good, I wasn't expecting an apocalypse worshipping cult...... The world could be destroyed if nothing is done about those idiots.)
Akira decided to stay with the girls at the Basilicom to work with them to take care of the events that are going to happen. The girls try to stop him but he insists that he can work with the Goddesses just fine.
Histoire: This mission requires the power of the Goddess Evolution. You can't join this mission unfortunately.....
Akira: Well..... The truth is, I have the power that is required.
Neptune: The writer has handed us an extra sword !! Histy, this is perfect for us.
Histoire: I'll believe it when I see it. We will test you, Neptune..... Nepgear, can I trust you two to go with him ?
Neptune: Aaah !? We have to do it ? Alright.... Fine, we will go with him.
Nepgear joined the party and the party leaves the Basilicom to explore outside the city. As they are going through the world of Gamindustri in the Planeptune territory they soon find that there are hidden treasures that can only be accessible through transforming.
~~[On the Field; Planeptune Territory, The first Quest for Akira | The Test of Proof]~~
Histoire was watching through the new communication system added to the Processor Unit parts that are now part of their look. Neptune and Nepgear transform to go to the treasure, Akira summons out a Crimson colored Power button symbol and power symbols form in his eyes.
Histoire: .... !? That's not possible !!
Akira: HDD INSTALLATION PROGRAM, ON THE AIR !!
Akira puts the Power Symbol into his chest and he gains his new Processor Units that he received after the events he faced in the previous world he was in. He joins Neptune and Nepgear in the air and they head over to where the hidden treasures were,
Histoire was dumbfounded by the fact that Akira was telling the truth, only she wasn't fully trusting of him that he knows how to fully use the form.
Histoire: Alright, I believe that this power is your own. However, I still can't trust you yet. You must show me that you can use this power as effectively as Neptune and Nepgear can use it.
Crimson Heart: Very well, in that case. It's game time.....
First thing Histoire had him do to prove that he can use the power like the other Goddesses can, he had to keep up with them while they fly around the area they were exploring. Once that is shown off he is told to fight while transformed next that was going to be the easy part for him of course.
Crimson Heart: This body might be new for me. But, my instincts are coming back to me..... I can do anything you ask of me. I assure you.......
The party heads over to where some monsters are and they fight some while still transformed. As the audience we see that the HP bars of the monsters and the party drained at the same rate.
Nepgear uses her tactical skills during the fight which Akira hasn't tried out yet with this new body.
Crimson Heart: Alright..... HERE GOES !!
Akira charges up some power into the special equipment he used in his new HDD form, this new weapon was a pair of Dual Blades that were pronged to also shoot projectile attacks much like Nepgear's Gunblade she currently had.
Crimson Heart: *with an energy filled reverb* DARKNESS PEELER !!!!
He fires off two blasts of energy from the pronged blades and it hits the monster he was targeting dead on killing it as we see it's HP hit zero it bursts into pixelated particles.
Purple Sister: Wow !! That attack is amazing, Histoire did you see that attack ?
Histoire: Yes, I did indeed.......
Purple Heart: I believe he's proved himself enough.
The three of them land on the ground reverting to their human states. They start heading back to the city after this and with the fight being over they gain EXP that was enough to level up their levels, with the level they were at being pretty typical fare for the start of a Neptunia game.
The party end the day off with some pudding {🍮} Neptune's favorite food ever. After they finish their pudding, they talk about getting the help of the other three Senior CPUs which would probably take a little bit of convincing before they actually join the party.
The chapter ends with Akira going to the shop to get updated equipment finding a better sword than the one he came to this world with.
