There were a few cuts here and there on her body from being thrown in a ditch, but nothing as extensive as the gash on her forehead. Originally, Satoru was going to test her brain switch or organ fix theories, but she was incredibly curious about this strange woman. She decided to cut in the perfectly straight scar and see if there is any remnant of the cause of the injury, such as glass, or something. Plus, that could easily lead her to switch the brain from one that is on the other trolley. She thinks, no, she knows it still has its conscience and she will gladly prove it.
