The hospital waiting room had never felt so quiet.
Mina hated hospitals.
She hated the sterile smell, the too-bright lights, the squeak of rubber soles against polished floors. She hated the way everyone spoke in hushed voices, as if raising their voices might somehow make things worse.
Most of all, she hated sitting in a chair while somebody she cared about was somewhere behind a set of closed doors.
Especially when that somebody was Eijirou Kirishima.

wow just wow i almost teared up at that and i get eji in this so much i fuckinf hate hospitals i hate them soosososos bad but gosh this was some of the best fluff and hurt/comfort ive read in a while i absolutely love the squad in this too
