    Summary

“You didn’t lose us. We messed up. We pushed you away. I pushed you away.”

Eddie pressed his hand to Buck’s shoulder, grounding him.

“I’m coming back,” he said, voice shaking but certain.
“I swear it. I just need tools. I need help. I’m not leaving you here.”

Buck tried to argue, coughing hard but Eddie cut him off.

„You matter. You hear me? Hold on. I‘ll be back!“

Buck’s breath caught — not from pain, but from the shock of hearing it.

    „Hold on!“
