    Namtan Tipnaree has made a career out of ending marriages. At thirty, one of Bangkok’s most successful divorce lawyers has heard enough lies, betrayals and bitter confessions to know that happily ever after is mostly just something people believe before they hire her.

    So when a family friend asks her to represent him against his demanding, money-hungry soon-to-be ex-wife, Namtan thinks she knows exactly what kind of woman she’s dealing with.

    Then she meets Film Rachanun. She’s cold, infuriating, impossible to read, and apparently determined to make Namtan hate her just as much as she hates Namtan.
