Chapter Text
Fluixon was surrounded by idiots.
The idiots running this island were hopelessly optimistic. Thinking that Island One had no bad intentions when they were literally making propaganda against Island Two!
Saps was busy socializing with some of the representatives lingering behind and Fluixon had to return to Luminara.
Unfortunately he hadn’t even gotten a chance to say goodbye, just more salt in the wound.
“Absolute morons.” He muttered to himself, marching back to his home kingdom.
“Now don’t get me wrong, I think your plan is great.” Said Thomas5200, a close friend and fellow citizen of Luminara. “It’s just- well, nobody’s really listening and I don’t entirely think that’s on them- not saying you’re wording it wrong! I mean, you’re kind of wording it wrong-“
“How am I supposed to-” Just as Fluixon was about to start his rant, he had received a private message from Seraphim_Here, otherwise known as Seraphim or Sera, otherwise known as Lady of Tricolor.
“I think carrying out your plan would be most beneficial for our island.”
“Is there any way I could help?”
Flux couldn’t believe his eyes. He stopped walking, the group noticed. Of course they did.
“Everything alright, Flux?” Thomas asked nervously, completely cutting off his rant and turning to face Fluixon. All of them were entirely confused.
“Apologies, Thomas, I just…” He glanced around and cleared his throat. “I can trust you guys, correct?”
“Well, of course.” Hvyrotation spoke up, crossing his arms and grinning.
“Duh.” NewKids mumbled, seeming a bit offended at the question.
“What did you think of my proposition at the meeting?” Flux asked, leaning against a nearby tree. Luminara wasn’t far from here, but he couldn’t speak about this in a place that peace-loving fool 3BelowZero could hear.
“I think it was great.” Thomas grinned, almost like he knew what was happening.
“I didn’t see anything wrong with it.” Snowbird chimed in.
NewKids shrugged.
The rest of the group agreed, though a few a bit hesitant.
“I’ve received a message from Seraphim, Seraphim_Here. She’s offered to assist us in our… work.” Flux explained, pushing himself off the tree. “Why don’t we speak with her?”
“I dunno, Flux.” Gotoga spoke up, “What if she doesn’t really want to help? She might be trying to get us to say something bad. Give Luminara a bad name?”
“As if it could get worse.” NewKids grumbled, making Thomas glare at him angrily.
“Now why would Tricolor have any malicious intent towards Luminara?” He raised an eyebrow. Sure skeptics were inevitable, but this felt unnecessary and frankly, a little stupid.
“Queen Jophiel wasn’t a fan of your plan.” Gotoga pointed out, though with less confidence.
“Seraphim and Jophiel are very different. Saps has told me that Seraphim’s values are less, erm… optimistic than Jophiel’s.”
That seemed to silence Gotoga, for now, and the group made their way to Tricolor.
On the outskirts of the flourishing nation, Fluixon began to message Seraphim.
“Are you free to speak at the moment?”
He sent the message, wondering if she would even respond.
“Yes, I am.”
Well that was fast.
“We’re outside. Would you like to come with us to…”
He hesitated.
Where would they speak?
Luminara was too dangerous, the citizens would definitely report sightings of Seraphim to 3Below.
…
Saps wouldn’t mind.
“We’re outside. Would you like to come with us to our meeting area?”
“Of course. I’ll be there in a moment.”
After about five minutes NewKids spotted Sera sneaking towards them.
He punched Flux in the shoulder and pointed to her.
Fluixon smacked him in the head and waved to the Lady of Tricolor.
“Good evening, all of you.” She said, a bit awkwardly but not unpolite.
Then she spotted NewKids.
“Why the fuck are you here.”
NewKids shrugged, “Same reason you are.”
Rotation blinked and looked between the two.
Gotoga scratched his head.
Thomas cleared his throat, “Do you two… know each other?”
An eye roll from the boy. “We’re… related.”
“He’s my brother,” Seraphim explained, crossing her arms angrily. “Who was supposed to join Tricolor.”
“Tricolor’s so… full of work.” NewKids complained.
“Yeah and your lazy ass wouldn’t do any of it, would you?”
“Enough.” Fluixon commanded, making the two bickering siblings go quiet. “Follow me, we have much to discuss.”
Nobody spoke a word the whole way to Saparata’s island until Flux aprubtly stopped.
Rotation wasn’t paying attention and walked into Gotoga.
“Seraphim.” Fluixon put his hand on her shoulder.
Sera saluted.
“I need you to blend in with the crowd a bit. I don’t want… the other inhabitant to see you.”
Sera was confused but nodded, “You got it, boss.”
“Thomas,” The leader glanced over at the brown-haired man. “Lead the way.”
“Of course!” He replied, enthusiastically leading the group to a meeting room within the hill Saps wanted to build his vacation home.
As of right now, plans for the barn Saparata was considering laid on the table. Thomas promptly scooped them up and tossed them in a corner.
“I’ll close the door…” NewKids mumbled, speedwalking away before anybody could tell him otherwise.
“Ahem,” Fluixon clapped his hands together to get everyone’s attention. “Good afternoon, please take a seat.”
The group sat down.
“As of right now, I have one plan and one plan only.” Flux gestured to the ceiling. “Above us there will be a building built. In the building we will put together a trap, to kill all of the idiotic leaders on this island.”
“How will we do that?” Flux asked nobody in particular in a higher-pitched voice. “Simple. We convince Saparata-“
“Who’s that?” Sera asked, leaning back in her seat.
“The other person living on the island.” Explained the leader in an irritated tone. “Actually the main person living on the island. He was the mediator for the meeting, remember?”
“Oh yeah, that guy.” Seraphim replied, playing with her hair.
“I’m starting to wonder if you’re cut out for this, Sera.” Thomas muttered.
“Psh, whatever you say, fox boy-“
“Agreed.” Flux replied, which caused Seraphim to immediately sit up straight. That made Rotation snicker.
“Anyways.” Fluixon continued. “We simply need a way to get all those leaders here. Any ideas?”
Gotoga hummed, “What if we simply have Saps invite them? Like a party.”
“Perhaps, though it would be incredibly difficult to convince everyone to come to a party. Some folks simply may not care to come.” Rotation argued.
“Who wouldn’t want to come to a party?” Snowbird chimed in.
“I dunno. Ask NK, he doesn’t go to parties.” Thomas said, picking at the holes in the table.
“NewKids is an antisocial incel and an asshole.” Seraphim joked, checking her Tricolor-colored nails that she had bitten down to nubs.
“NK’s not an incel.” Hvyrotation frowned, shaking his head.
“It’s a reference-“ Sera rolled her eyes.
“He thinks women are great.” Gotoga added, locking eyes with Rotation.
“It’s a referen-“
“I think he does.” Rotation grinned, laughing to himself.
“IT’S A REF-“
“Uhh, maybe not.” Gotoga mimicked Sera’s behavior of checking her nails. However, Gotoga actually had nails to check. “He did refuse to join Tricolor.”
“OH MY GOD YOU GUYS ARE FUCKING IDIOTS!”
NewKids shuffled into the room, looking at his feet. “I broke the door…”
“WHAT”
