Summary
The Hero Public Safety Commission wants Himiko Toga captured.
Izuku Midoriya wants her saved.
There is a difference.
At least, that's what he tells himself.
He's studied her history, her crimes, her obsession with blood, and the loneliness beneath every terrible thing she's ever done. He knows that locking her away won't fix what the world broke.
So he devises another solution.
A private safehouse. A carefully constructed rehabilitation programme. A system of discipline, punishment and conditional rewards.
No Commission oversight.
No prison sentence.
No one to interfere.
Just the world's greatest hero and the villain he's decided belongs to him.
Izuku knows that what he's planning is monstrous.
He also knows he's going to do it anyway.
Because Himiko Toga needs someone to save her.
And Izuku Midoriya has never been particularly good at accepting that someone might not want to be saved his way.
