Summary
Katsuki Bakugou has spent his entire life chasing Izuku Midoriya.
Once, he wanted to surpass him.
Then he wanted to stand beside him.
Somewhere along the way, wanting to be acknowledged became something much more dangerous.
Ten years have transformed Deku into the world's greatest hero. An untouchable symbol of strength, determination and absolute authority. To everyone else, he's the man who stands between society and destruction.
To Katsuki, he's something else entirely.
Something worth kneeling for.
After a successful mission ends with Katsuki taking an unnecessary risk, Izuku decides it's time to address his former rival's increasingly reckless need for approval.
But Katsuki doesn't want forgiveness.
He doesn't even want praise.
He wants to prove his devotion.
And Izuku Midoriya is beginning to understand just how much power there is in being somebody's god.
