   Summary

When Galadriel discovers that Halbrand is Sauron, she forms a desperate plan drawn from the old lore of Melian: seduce him, conceive a child, and thereby bind the Maia to his flesh so he can be killed.

However; her assumption was wrong. Binding a Maia is not that simple, the knife does not work, and she finds herself unexpectedly growing closer to the father of her child—only to realize there may be more beneath the surface of Morgoth’s former lieutenant.
