Summary
Jay Gardiner returns to college after the unimaginable trauma he went through in the wake of his father's death. The only thing he wants is to feel normal, a difficult task when surrounded by college freshmen whose worst experiences are their childhood dog's or grandparent's death. In an attempt to be less of a loner in his second year, he lets his friend Brent convince him into coming to a house party where he meets someone who makes him feel whole again.
