Summary
One icy Northern scholar. One wild Southern general. One forced royal marriage.
Kang Pio is the cold, strategic scholar of the North who fights with treaties and silence. Choi Jeong Yo is the impulsive, unhinged General of the South who cooks on his broadsword and never backs down.
When a border trick and an imperial decree force them into a political marriage, two sworn enemies are bound together by law. They despise each other, but an electric pull draws them together against their will. As conspiracies surface and war threatens the Empire, their forced union becomes the only thing keeping them alive.
