Summary
Grian is an inquisitor whose mission is to exterminate a recently discovered witch. When I arrives at the lair of the witch, or rather, the wizard Scar, nothing was as he might have expected. The wizard didn't behave at all like the other and this lair was a paradise in the middle of the desert.
Despite the wizard's power, he did nothing but defend himself. The wizard took advantage of a moment of inattention to disarm Grian and then offered him a deal:
If Grian finds even the slightest evidence that Scar is indeed as monstrous that Grian said, he will let the inquisitor kill him; otherwise, Grian will have to let him live and leave him alone.
