A Possibility
First and foremost, I am happy to announce to you that Bill Cipher has been safely removed from the Solitary-Wellness void. It took longer than we had hoped, but I believe it was for the best. You see, this experience let me and my team make very crucial progress with our patient.
It was about 9:178 pm- 10 Theraprism hours after the patient had entered the wellness void, and 20 mili-minutes before security had arrived at the scene. As it had been for the past several hours, Bill Cipher was curled up in his cell, acting uncharacteristically defensive. He has been… aggressive in the past, but this was different. The one thing I knew for certain was that forcefully taking the object he had from him would be detrimental. The patient had been completely fine before entering the wellness void- and if I was correct, something about the void had sparked a traumatic memory in Mr. Cipher. Something that had to do with that ball of light he had grasped in his hands.
Before security arrived to deal with the patient, I wanted to test something. As quickly as I could, I got the materials I needed, and had my idea created by the supplies department. Returning to the Solitary-Wellness void, I entered, meeting one-on-one with Cipher for the first time.

SOLITARY-WELLNESS VOID SECURITY FOOTAGE:
RECORDED VIDEO TRANSCRIPT:
MERITH: Mr. Cipher? May I come in to speak to you?
BILL CIPHER: [indistinguishable sound of defense]
MERITH: Please, Cipher. I am not here to harm you-
BILL CIPHER: [Yelling] Get out! Get out!
MERITH: What is that, Bill? Please, speak to me.
BILL CIPHER: [Hissing] Any closer and I’ll fill your guts with those stupid, tacky pins! Get out!
MERITH: Perhaps this will help…
MERITH: It’s a special, protective case. As you know from experience, these are practically indestructible.
BILL CIPHER: [Heavy breathing]
MERITH: It’s frail, isn’t it? That thing you’re holding?
BILL CIPHER: [Silence]
MERITH: This will keep it safe, I promise... But, you don’t have to take it if you don’t want to-
BILL CIPHER: Give me that!
MERITH: …Cipher?
BILL CIPHER: [Silence]
MERITH: Do you feel comfortable enough to come out, yet?
BILL CIPHER: Fine.

As of the current time, Bill Cipher is back in his room. He is far calmer, and we will talk to him about behavior like this in the future once he is better. Overall, I am proud to say that this seems to be a new step forward for our patient. My team and I will do our best to continue this progress as quickly as we can.
Praise the Axolotl, Dr. IIXI
