Chapter Text

mel

Mel had not been to many weddings in her life.

In fact, her parents had only married one another once Mel had become apart of the picture, and all she really remembered from their wedding was that it had been done in a small courthouse, and the only relatives that had been invited were her two aunts from her mother’s side and her grandparents from her father’s.

So, being invited to a wedding, specifically Dr Collin’s and Dr Robby’s wedding had been something almost everyone had expected happening, but what she hadn’t really thought about was the fact that she needed a date.

Of course, Dr Collins had asked her about it months ago, but Mel hadn’t really expected for the date of the wedding to arrive so fast even though the wedding had been set in the small time everyone had off.

Everyone had been invited from the ED, and that definitely had made Mel less nervous, since she had already chosen to sit with her friends, or well, Trinity had told her to sit with her and Dr Ellis since Langdon was going to be Mel’s date.

Now, if you were to ask Mel in the past if she had ever really known that she was going to establish a really good friendship with Dr Langdon, she would have stared at you obviously confused at the mention of his name.

But, ever since Mel’s first shift, she had found Dr Langdon’s presence to be pleasant which had also surprised Mel since she didn’t build bonds with other people easily, and it wasn't as if she had never had friends, she just found it slightly easier for herself to focus on her work.

Eventually, all good things must have come to an end because after Pittfest, Mel hadn’t seen Langdon afterwards, and she had asked Robby about it a while after, and that was when she had been told about how Dr Langdon was in rehab.

In all honesty, Mel wasn’t really afraid of rehab since it had been a part of her childhood for a very long time, and she also wasn’t really bothered about the fact that it was Langdon who was in rehab.

She had visited him almost immediately after she had found out, and at first glance, he’d been surprised at the other doctor’s presence, but ultimately, both of them had grown attached to one another.

Her frequent visits had led her to becoming his best friend, and he had told her about how Abby had finally processed the divorce papers he had signed but Langdon had told Mel that it had been a long time coming and even if he hadn’t decided to do drugs, he had mentioned a few times that their marriage had sort of occurred as an after-thought due to the birth of their daughter.

Mel had found it endearing that Langdon had committed to being the “best dad in the world”, according to Tanner, and she had also met his family, including Abby, a few times after Langdon had left rehab.

It didn’t really come to a surprise for either of them when Langdon had moved into Mel and Becca’s apartment, since he had also gotten along with Becca pretty well, which made Mel feel so beyond happy, she was sure that she had teared up the first time Becca had told her that she really liked Frank.

Over the past year, Mel had come to realise that the “platonic” feelings she had harboured towards Frank had ultimately started to shift into something else, and Mel would have been completely fine with it, if she didn’t spend almost every minute of her life with him.

She wasn’t exactly sure how her feelings had developed but she had also tried her best to remain extremely civil with him, considering how his brain could go haywire if he detected a shift in anyone’s behaviour.

Plus, Frank’s therapist had told him it was better for him to form positive bonds than anything else, since the separation with Abby was going to affect him immensely even if he noticed or not, and Mel had agreed with what his therapist had suggested for him to do.

In fact, Mel had asked Cassie if she could become Frank’s sobriety partner, and at first she wasn’t sure if the other would accept her offer, but Cassie had been extremely pleased that she had been chosen to help Frank, and that had started a new relationship with Cassie and Frank.

However, Mel also knew recovery wasn’t easy and even if Frank had good days, his bad days were awfully debilitating and Mel had told him that she would wait for him, even if he felt as if he didn’t deserve her kindness, and she reassured him every time that she was always going to be there, whether or not he think he did.

It had taken Mel only a few incidents with Frank and Abby’s extended families to actually meet Abby for herself, and she was glad that she did.

Abby was a very gentle and sweet soul, but compared to Mel, she was a lot more extroverted than Mel had expected her to be but nonetheless, Mel had become great friends with the other woman.

Abby had told her almost every embarrassing story to do with Frank and how their days at university were a lot more hectic than either of them had expected. She had also told Mel how she didn’t regret the divorce, and it wasn’t out of complete anger, but Abby had mentioned how their relationship had been impacted severely because of COVID, and Mel listened to her carefully, taking in every piece of information.

Something that had shocked Mel to the core though, was when Abby had commented on how Frank seemed to talk about Mel all the time, and at first Mel had thought the other woman was joking, but Abby had smiled at her, not sure of what to say.

So, it was safe to say that Mel had developed romantic feelings for her best friend, and she had moved out of the denial phase pretty quickly once she realised that Frank was technically her date for tonight.

He had left their apartment to take Becca to the centre she was at, which left Mel on her own to get ready for the evening.

She could definitely handle being Langdon’s date.

In a total platonic way of course.

langdon

Frank Langdon was many things in his life.

The most notable thing about him in his life was the fact that he was a very skilled doctor who albeit had an ego due to his impeccable understanding of the human body, only in medical terminology obviously.

Then, he had been a boyfriend that had eventually married his university sweetheart, and although he really did love Abby a lot, unfortunately he found something else that was going to completely ruin him.

He hadn’t intended to become an addict.

After all, he had initially been prescribed the pills for his frequent back pain, and soon enough, he found it easier to get through his family life whilst being high.

At first, he had tried his hardest to remain sober around his kids, and particularly Abby, because it was one thing to not stay at home for her but it was another thing to come home high. Frank wasn’t exactly sure when he had found comfort in being high at home but it was one too many times when he had no idea as to what had occurred at home despite him being there.

Soon enough, things started to change at home, especially when COVID happened, and he knew that having two children at home even though he himself wasn’t really at home to help Abby, was going to cause problems between the both of them.

They had tried to communicate with one another but it led to more arguments than either of them had expected, and the news of Frank going to rehab had been the final straw.

Although the divorce had finalised, Langdon had found it so much easier to communicate with his ex-wife as friends rather than as her husband, and he was glad that they didn’t really view one another as mortal enemies but as friends instead.

In the end, he was glad that it took his recovery process for him to get there, but for his entire time in rehab, he had no idea if his relationship was ever going to recover.

Rehab had been something else entirely, and Frank knew that he needed it but what he hadn’t expected was to see Mel again after he had been admitted into the facility only two weeks prior to their first shift.

It had surprised Langdon at first that Mel had actually decided to visit him. He was sure that Mel had tried to stay remotely away from any rumours, but she had told him straight up that she had actually missed his company, even though they had only seen each other for one shift.

That had started something completely new.

Mel had visited him many more times after her first visit, and slowly they had started to build up a friendship with one another. Plus, Frank’s therapist had encouraged him to create new positive bonds with other people, so in Frank’s humble opinion, he was on the somewhat right track.

Of course, not everything could have stayed good because Frank had been greeted with divorce papers after two months in rehab, and it was a long time coming, he had thought to himself because he truly did feel sorry for Abby and his children.

He’d been a decent father when he was around but during his recovery process, he had found it difficult to even connect with his kids again, and for many days, Frank had started to re-think his life choices over and over again.

However, his bad days could only do so much to him because he started to think about all the good things in his life, as mentioned by his therapist, and soon enough, he found himself thinking about Mel again.

Mel had filled every gaping hole in his life, and even if he hadn’t intended to fall in love with his best friend, he was sort of glad that he did because it was the easiest thing he had done in a while.

It was easy to love Mel, especially when she was probably the kindest person he knew, and she was extremely selfless, Langdon had learnt. However, if needed to be, Mel was also firm and had strong principles that she subjected herself to, which honestly, made Langdon admire her even more.

Throughout their time staying with one another, Langdon had started to call Mel by pet names, and although he hadn’t really thought it out at first, Mel and him started to call him other things too, such as “sweetheart” or “honey”, and he reciprocated immediately.

Samira was the first one to find out about his crush on his best friend, and he had no idea how she did, but she had confronted him prior to his semi-stab wound he had received at PTMC a few months ago.

She had warned him at first, and had told him over and over again that if he were to break even a small part of Mel’s heart, she was going to make sure that Langdon would pay.

After they had moved past Samira’s worries, Langdon had actually confessed to her about the fact that he had no idea how would ever tell Mel his feelings, and even though it did sound like he was a teenager all over again, Samira had listened to him, as long as he listened to her complain about Dr Abbott or Dr Walsh.

So, when the time had come to choose a “date” to Robby’s wedding, Langdon had hesitated at first, and it had sort of surprised him when Mel was the one who had suggested they should go together, as friends of course.

Now, if you were to ask Frank Langdon if he was totally ready to be Mel’s date, even as a friend, he would say that he was ready, of course, because this small thing was a completely platonic affair.

Yep, totally platonic.

(Abby and Samira had laughed in his face once he told them.)

He was sure that there had also been a betting pool made for him and Mel, and he sort of hoped that whoever bet on him confessing would return their money.

mel

frank 😃

im outside

could you bring one of my redbulls for me pls, sweetheart?

Mel

Alright, I’ll be out in a second.

Mel smoothed down her dress as she made sure that she had packed everything into her small purse that she had chosen for the night.

She had snapped Samira a picture of her outfit, and Samira had replied with a ridiculous amount of emojis, which made Mel laugh at her friend’s attempt at humour.

In all honesty, Mel was beyond nervous.

She had dressed up for special occasions before, but she knew that unlike the other times, she had wanted to present herself in a different manner.

Because unlike the other times, this time she had also brought a “date” with her.

Even if that “date” was her best friend, who had also been her crush for the past few months.

Yep, she could totally handle it.

Mel had walked out of their apartment, as she made sure to look for Frank, who had lifted his head up at the sound of her leaving their place.

Unlike the expressions Mel had memorised from Frank’s face, the current one on his face was something else, and Mel wasn’t too sure if it was from out of awe but Frank’s lips had slightly parted and his eyes had widened once he had seen Mel in her outfit.

It seemed as if Mel had been stuck in a semi-trance too because she had never really seen Frank wear anything other than his casual clothes or his scrubs, and Mel was so used to seeing him in them, she found him a lot more charming than he normally did.

“You look beautiful, Mel.” Frank had complimented her almost straight away, and Mel smiled at him, as she tried her best to hide the blush that had started to appear on her face.

“I could say the same thing about you, Frank.” Mel replied, and Mel made sure that he heard her properly before he opened the door to let Mel into his car.

The journey to the wedding had been a delightful one, as Mel would say.

Frank had told her about Becca’s new crush at the centre, whilst Mel had commented on the fact that her sister’s crush seemed familiar to one of their old fictional crushes that both sisters had shared.

In response, Frank had laughed at Mel’s detailed overview of how every one of her fictional crushes had almost been too surreal to ever see in real life or they had been too mundane.

“Samira actually pointed out the fact that almost all of them have the same qualities in terms of appearance.” Mel mentioned off-handily as they waited at the stop signal.

“Oh yeah? What type of qualities?” Frank had asked her, and it occurred to Mel that her recount of her previous crushes and relationships, almost every single one of them had either dark hair or had blue eyes.

Apart from that one guy Mel had dated all the way back in her first year of med school, who had turned out to be a complete asshole once he found out about Becca, even though Mel had explicitly told him over and over again about her older sister.

“Well, for one, do they almost always have dark hair or do they seem to have blue eyes? Their personality matters to me though.” Mel responded as she turned away before she could feel Frank’s gaze on her.

What she had just described had been the exact physical features that Frank had, and she felt his eyes on her again, but she wasn’t sure if he looked into the double meaning of the words she had just said.

“What have their personalities been like?” Frank’s eyes were still on Mel, and as she looked at him again, she felt her stomach flip at the fact that Frank could stare at her like he had all the time in the world.

“They’ve all been pretty hard working and they almost always have a redemption arc. I don’t know what that says about me though.” Mel laughed, and she felt another easy smile make way to her face.

Langdon laughed with her, and soon enough they fell back into a comfortable silence again, but Mel tried her best to avert his gaze because she had been so out of it when she explained her ideal type.

“Do you think Samira’s going to sit with Abbott or Walsh?” Langdon had asked casually and Mel shrugged in response.

In all honesty, she was rooting for Samira more than anything else whereas Trinity had stated multiple times to go for Walsh whilst Victoria had commented on how Abbott was the better choice.

“I think Dr Abbott is Robby’s best man? So, Samira will probably be sitting with us.” Mel answered, and she was technically on the right lines since Dr Collins had arranged their seats by preference and not by first come first serve.

Mel had definitely preferred Dr Collin’s idea, and in all seriousness, she knew how stressful it must have been for the fellow doctor considering how Dr Robby had always tried his best to avoid any romantic relations, unless it came to Dr Collins.

Dana had told her that to be fair after Mel had discovered the pair of them in an empty break room sleeping with one another (figuratively not literally), and Mel had chosen not to bring it up again unless she had to.

In fact, Mel had brought it up to Frank a few weeks after he had returned to PTMC, and the look on his face had made Mel burst into such a wide grin for the rest of the day, Whitaker had to pull her over to the side out of concern.

“Let’s hope she won’t throw up on Whitaker again.” Langdon stated, and Mel felt herself smile as she reminisced over how that one night out had resulted in Mel passing out from the amount of drinks she had, and how Samira had thrown up on Whitaker after Trinity had dared her to chug two awfully strong drinks.

Victoria had been the one to call Langdon that night, and Mel hadn’t sobered up on the way back home, but from what she had been told, Langdon had carried her all the way back to his car, as Victoria had been the eyewitness to tell Mel.

The day after, Mel had woken up with an awful hangover and she had apologised to Langdon profusely, but he had guaranteed her that it was the friendly thing to do, and he knew that she would do the same for him.

Before the wedding had started though, both of them had promised that neither of them would drink too much and they also knew that being completely sober was the best solution.

Plus out of concern, Mel knew that replacing one addiction for another was something that almost all addicts had been advised against to not do, and she wasn’t going to give up on Frank, especially not after the insane amount of effort he had to put in.

Mel

Keep yourself safe, Victoria 👍

“Victoria’s going to be here in twenty minutes because Mateo decided to go the wrong way, twice.” Mel reiterated as Langdon let out a breathy laugh that he normally did when he heard something ridiculous.

“Poor Javadi.” Langdon stated, and Mel nodded along in agreement.

Although Victoria was of age to get her licence, she had also been subjected to pretty heavy rules under her mother’s orders, and even though Mel knew it came from a place of worry, she was sure that her friend could take care of herself.

Well, mostly.

langdon

Frank was sure that he needed a drink, preferably alcoholic.

The ceremony had been over for the past half hour, and now he was stuck in between Santos’ off-hand commentary and Samira’s tenth pep talk in between all of them.

He was sure that Samira had almost drunk at least ten glasses of champagne, and unlike Santos, she seemed to have had an increase in energy levels from the last one she had downed.

“All I’m saying is Frank, is that you need to tell Mel you love her and then maybe I’ll get to see two weddings in the next few years without having to worry about other people.” Samira babbled on and Frank hummed alongside her, sort of distracted from her words.

Truth be told, he was more focused on Mel.

She had left their table earlier to congratulate Dr Collins again, and Frank couldn’t help but watch her again, just like he always did when they were together.

As Mel and him had decided to go as each other’s date, Becca had suggested for both of them to wear something similar, or in better terms, she had told them to match so everyone could see that they were together, even though Frank had told her over and over again, that Mel and him were just “friends”.

She had also laughed in his face.

So, after Mel had persuaded him to get another suit (to be honest, he was going to listen to her regardless of the reason), he had followed suit and in the end, he and Mel both sported a lilac colour scheme that the pair of them had liked.

However, Mel had never showed Frank her dress until tonight, and in Frank’s personal opinion, he was sure that there should have been a better word to describe Mel as beyond beautiful.

“Langdon, if you don’t get out of that chair to dance with Mel, I’m going to consider that you’ll be dead to me.” Santos glared at him and for a moment Frank did feel threatened until he realised that neither him or Santos had actually made a move on their respective crushes.

“I’m not listening to someone who’s way of flirting is rooted in bullying.” Frank replied back as Santos rolled her eyes, but he knew that between him and Santos, she had a better chance with Ellis than he did with Mel.

“I agree with Trin, sorry Frank but if you’re planning to ask her out, at least try tonight.” Samira yawned besides him and Frank was pretty sure that his friend’s advice would work on him if she wasn’t drunk out of her mind.

It seemed as if the universe could hear exactly what all three of them had spoken about, because soon enough, everyone stood up to dance with their respective partners.

“Are you going to dance?” Trinity asked him and just before Frank could respond with “no”, Mel had appeared next to him, just in time.

Before Trinity could even say anything else, Frank stood up, and as he saw the delighted expression on Mel’s face again, he made sure to ask.

“What do you think, Mel? Do you want to dance with me?” Frank smiled at her gently, wanting to give her the option to decline but once he saw her face light up with another delighted expression on her face, he was sure that his heart was going to stop all over again.

“I'd love to, Frank.”

Frank offered his arm to Mel as she accepted his simple gesture, but before he took her to the dance floor, Samira had given him a thumbs up from their tabel whilst Santos had mouthed a “good luck” for him.

They were near the end of the dance floor, which Frank was immensely grateful for since the loss of light covered up his slight blush from the physical contact between him and Mel.

At first, Mel had been somewhat averse to physical contact (unless it was for high fives), from people she wasn’t close to but over the  period of time that both of them had known one another, Frank had learnt that Mel preferred physical contact between both of them.

So, as Frank placed his left hand against Mel’s waist, he made sure that she was entirely comfortable with the whole situation, and his thoughts were confirmed once Mel looped her hands around his neck.

As it was a slow dance, Frank knew from previous experience (his own wedding) that it took a little longer to finish a dance compared to the other casual dances that took place within a wedding.

But, he knew that this one was different.

For one, Mel was by his side, and he held her like she was going to melt right in front of him but Mel reciprocated his thoughts and tightened her grip on his neck.

“I didn't take you to be a good dancer, sweetheart.” Frank teased as Mel let out a quiet laugh between them, and she shook her head at the statement.

“How else do you think Becca got into ballet?” Mel smiled at Frank and once again, Frank felt his cheeks warm up despite the fact that it was the middle of winter, and he had worn layers as Mel had asked him too.

“Oh right, how could I forget that both of you took those classes.” Frank replied jokingly, as Mel swatted him gently, but it was clear that it came from a place of affection rather than dislike.

They stayed like that for a few minutes, basking in the comfortable silence between them, and although the music had hit a point of no return, Frank couldn’t help but indulge in the apparent moment he had with Mel.

“Do you think you’d ever have a wedding like this?”

The sudden question caught Frank off-guard, and he stared at Mel, slightly entertained by her question but also over the fact that she had now moved closer to him, wanting to embrace his warmth and Frank let her.

“Considering Abby and I’s wedding, no I don’t think I would have one like this.” Frank answered as he heard Mel hum against his chest, but he wasn’t too sure of that fact since he knew that being anywhere near Mel made his heart race.

“I wouldn’t either. It’s too much hassle organising one but I’m glad that Dr Collins and Dr Robby got to plan it together.” Mel answered after a while, and Frank let his hands leave her waist as he rested them against the small of her back.

He had no idea if everyone had stopped dancing but he also didn’t really care, especially not when Mel and him were practically hugging one another in the darkness of the night.

Frank didn’t believe in religion but he was a good follower, a good person to be a devotee and he knew that being devoted to his career was one thing but being devoted to Mel was something drugs couldn’t have caused him to do.

mel

Mel had always been sure about her place in life.

She had three glasses of champagne in her system but it was only enough to make her tipsy so Frank had suggested that they should go on a walk to clear their minds.

Of course, Mel had accepted.

So, as she walked besides Frank, she couldn’t help but smile at every word that came out of his mouth and she had noticed that every time he said something, he made sure to seek out her opinion, even on the most trivial matters.

Even though she hadn’t said anything at the beginning of the walk regarding how cold she felt, Frank had noticed and had immediately given her his jacket without any qualms.

That was something Mel deeply appreciated about him.

It had taken him a while to get used to receiving help from others and although he complained or downright refused to get help from Mel at some point, he had always given in, and she did the same.

It was easy when it was with Frank.

He treated her like an equal, someone who deserved the same amount of respect (or in his own opinion, someone who was worth more respect than anyone), and when Mel had her own bad days, instead of feeling the familiar sense of loneliness like she used to most days during her time at the VA, she now had someone to lean on.

So, Mel had slightly questioned her own motives when she asked Frank to stop and wait for her to re-adjust the straps of her heels that she had worn, and he had offered his arm once again so she could be comfortable, but Mel wanted him to stand right in front of her.

“You okay? You kinda look like you’re going to throw up.” Frank raised his brow out of concern, and as much as Mel wanted to memorise every single expression on his face like she normally did, she also knew that it was either now or never to tell her best friend about her true feelings she had towards him.

Maybe it was the three glasses of champagne she had or maybe it was the fact that she had just witnessed one of the most beautiful wedding ceremonies she had ever been to, but as she pulled Frank’s jacket closer towards her shoulders, she wanted to confess.

“Don’t worry, I’m not going to throw up.” Mel replied easily and from Frank’s careful gaze, she knew that he wasn’t entirely sure.

“Are you sure? Because, I don’t want you to throw up all over yourself.” Frank huffed, which was something he did out of worry rather than annoyance as Mel had noticed.

“I’m fine, Frank. Trust me.” Mel smiled at him again and it seemed as if her words actually worked, since Frank had calmed down slightly but from his cautious gaze, Mel also knew that he probably didn't want to be the one on the receiving end in case she actually threw up.

“Okay but you’re still acting sort of odd? Did I do something or?” Frank motioned to himself at first, and then he motioned between the pair of them but Mel shook her head, disagreeing with both of his questions.

Well, it was now or never, she thought to herself, as she inhaled a deep breath before she confessed.

She had almost always been the one to receive half-assed confessions or half truths from people she had been in a relationship before, but as she stared at the man that had practically consumed her thoughts for the past year and half, she had to take the initiative.

“Frank, I hope you know that whatever I’m going to say right now will affect both of us, and maybe it’ll affect me more than you but I really, really, like you in a more than best friends way.” Mel bit her lip in slight surprise at her own words, and she stared at Frank who seemed to have caught up with her statement because the next thing she knew, she felt Frank’s lips on hers.

It had caught her off guard, but soon enough, she let Frank’s jacket fall to the floor as she wrapped her hands around his neck, and she couldn’t help but smile at the sudden gesture.

Frank tasted like the mint nicotine gum he had been chewing on for the past half hour, and Mel noticed how he had taken her advice to use vanilla chapstick since he seemed to bite his lips whenever he was anxious.

After a few seconds, Mel pulled away from him, but she couldn’t help but grin at the fact that she had finally kissed the one person she had pursued for so long.

“Mel, you have no idea how long I’ve been wanting to do that. I think I drove Samira crazy since I couldn’t stop thinking about you.” Frank stated, and now in response, Mel felt as if she had been shocked into oblivion.

Of course, she had considered the many outcomes that would have occurred if Frank had no romantic feelings or if he felt as if he couldn’t pursue her for any other reason, but she had also thought of outcomes that required Frank to actually like her in a more than best friend way.

Becca had actually told her to focus on the positive outcome and Mel had most followed through with her sister’s plan, but every time she wanted to confess or every time she had the urge to kiss Frank, she pushed her feelings away afraid of being caught in an awkward position.

“In case you don’t get it yet Mel, I am completely obsessed with you, and that’s not a joke. I was going to tell you tonight but you beat me to it, and honestly, I’m not even mad.” Frank threw his hands up in the air, a gesture that he normally did when he was satisfied with something, and Mel couldn’t help but smile at every word he said.

“I think I’m obsessed with you too, so it all works out.” Mel laughed like it was the easiest thing in the world, and as she met Frank’s lips again, she knew that once she told Becca that her plan had worked, her sister would win the bet that both of them had made prior.

Plus, Becca’s concern of Mel having a boyfriend would also disappear once she made Frank formally introduce himself all over again, but instead of it being in a best friend way, Mel was glad that it was in a perfectly romantic way.

extra scene

“You know, everyone’s been betting on us for the past year.” Frank muttered as he continued to weave through Mel’s hair whilst his girlfriend laid against his lap.

“Oh yeah.” Mel responded, and Frank shouldn’t have been surprised at the fact that Mel had already known before him, but he raised his eyebrow at her perfectly composed answer.

It seemed as if Mel could read his mind, because she soon opened her eyes and stared right at Frank’s perfectly confused face.

“Samira had let it slip when I stayed over at her’s. She didn’t participate in it but she did threaten to get involved if neither of us made the first move.” Mel explained, and Frank laughed slightly at Samira’s determination to get tangled up again in another bet.

“Do we know who’s won?” Frank asked Mel softly, and Mel murmured a quiet yes, indicating that whoever did win supposedly was going to receive almost half a thousand in response.

As long as I don’t have to get involved with HR, congratulations Mel and Dr Langdon

Also, Langdon when I see you again on Monday, I WILL be an asshole about you making me lose almost $200

frank 💘

how can u do that when mel’s going to be there to protect me?

samira ☺️

as much as i want to puke at the PDA on my screen, i’m also way too happy for you both.

Robby 🤠

Isn’t this group chat supposed to be used for medical emergencies?

Also, Heather says that she congratulates you both and for everyone else to send their half of the money over.

Cassie 😇

Heather already has my share because Frank made me lose the bet.

You better be grateful, Im too hungover to kill you rn, Frank.

trinity 😎

agreed x100

Samira ☺️ and fifteen others liked this message.

“I think you’re gonna have to hide your face on Monday.” Mel joked as Frank let out a quiet laugh.

“That’s only if you’re not there to protect me.” Frank responded and Mel rolled her eyes playfully at his words, but he seemed to not care as he grinned at her in response.

“Trinity will kill you regardless but I think you need to be afraid of Samira.” Mel sighed quietly as she felt Frank’s eye’s meet her’s and soon enough, she also sat back up to kiss him again.

God, she could definitely get used to this.
