The following are a series of additional information that I deleted from the fanfic proper, as part of the quality control process. Since I have nowhere else to put them down, I'll put them here instead.

  • Additionally, Winter and Minju are also credited for a Su-57E Felon kill, sharing the credit with Mina, Sana, Yeji and Wendy.
• Yuqi and Yunjin are both credited for four air-to-air kills (two Su-35S Flanker-Es and two F-14AM Tomcats) and twenty-four SAM site kills (six SA-20A Gargoyles, six SA-20B Gargoyles and twelve SA-21 Growlers).
• Mina, Sana, Yeji, Wendy, Sakura, Kazuha and Shuhua are all credited for twenty-eight SAM site kills (seven SA-2 Guidelines, seven SA-6 Gainfuls, ten SA-10F Grumbles, one SA-20A Gargoyle, one SA-20B Gargoyle and two SA-21 Growlers).
  • Additionally, Mina, Sana, Yeji and Wendy are all credited for one Su-57E Felon kill, sharing the credit with Winter and Minju.
• List of American fighter aircraft losses at the end of the war:

• Kazuha’s induction into the fanfic is the product of some minor rules-bending on my end - due to my recent addiction to Kazuha (thanks to this fancam), I decide to induct Kazuha into the fanfic no matter what, even though a back-seater like her needs 2.5 years of training (1.5 years of flight school + 1 year of Super Hornet training) before joining the fleet.
  • This is the official in-universe explanation of that discrepancy: when Kazuha was attending flight school, she was selected into a pilot program that accelerates the whole flight school phase of her NFO training into one year, and she was one of few lucky souls who finished it (the attrition rate of the 1 year group is two times higher than the normal 1.5 year group).

Edits:

• 01:12 June 7, 2021: after I fixed an inaccuracy regarding the composition of a SA-21 battalion at the 1st chapter, Giselle and Minju will no longer have 24 SA-22 kills, because after taking out the TELs, they’ll have no StormBreakers left for the SA-22s.
• 17:59 September 6, 2021: adding info of Mina and Sana, as well as adjusting the number of American fighter aircraft losses.
• 22:11 September 6, 2021: damn, I forgot to include an additional ribbon for Mina and Sana. 🤦‍♂️
• 19:06 December 22, 2021: since I explicitly specified the differences between the SA-20A and SA-20B in my previous chapters, I should do the same here. I also do the same for the SA-10.
  
• 20:55 January 2, 2022: Added more info that are related to chapter 5.
• 21:01 January 17, 2022: I also listed the number of kills of Yeji on my google docs, but forgot to post it on AO3. Damn. 🤦‍♂️
• 13:13 February 5, 2022: added 5 more F-35 kills by the Su-57Es, thus increasing the total number of American 5th-gen fighter losses to 20. Also, giving Winter, Minju, Mina, Sana and Yeji an additional Silver Star for their Su-57E kills. (Happy Minju day!)
• 16:23 February 9, 2022: Just a bit more polishing.
• 12:23 February 10, 2022: adding the F-16Vs into the losses, plus adding a couple Su-35 air-to-air kills, because why not? 😝
• 11:28 February 20, 2022: fixing a formatting error on the loadouts that appeared out of nowhere.
• 22:21 March 4, 2022: ah yes, I almost forgot to wrote down what Momo's major was. 😅
• 01:40 May 9, 2022: added even more infos for the new characters I introduced.
• 21:59 May 9, 2022: damn, I almost forgot to include Sakura's major.
• 17:47 May 18, 2022: bloody hell, I forgot that Yuqi is also deployed long enough for a sea service deployment ribbon. 🤦‍♂️
• 13:07 May 22, 2022: since Shuhua is flying the single-seat model of the Super Hornet, I changed the loadout of the Super Hornet from just F/A-18F to F/A-18E/F to reflect that.
• 15:06 May 24, 2022: a minor adjustment on the number of SAM site kills of Yunjin (and by extension, Yuqi).
• 14:37 and 15:06 May 28, 2022: again, fixing a formatting error on the loadouts that appeared out of nowhere, as well as adding a sea service deployment ribbon to Sakura and Shuhua (because they deployed long enough for that).
• 16:52 June 2, 2022: same as above, expect I just realized I put them into the wrong line. Damn it. 🤦‍♂️ Also, I forgot to mention only Mina, Sana, Yeji and Wendy will have the Silver Star.
