Chapter Text
Boyfriend felt as if he was able to hear the blaring music from miles away as Pico drove them to Nene's house.
He was nervous for two reasons.
Reason number one: He wasn't good when it came to being around other people other than Gigi, Pico, Nene, and Darnell. Social anxiety was a bitch.
Reason number two: He was going to ask Pico out.
Do I need to give an explanation as to why that would be weird? I mean he was already dating another chick.
They arrived at Nene's house, the door being wide open, most likely so it'd be easier for people to get in.
Boyfriend hesitated getting out, his anxiety already getting the better of him.
"Hey Bee, you alright?" Pico called out to him, grabbing his attention.
"Oh yeah I'm alright. Just y'know... there's a lot more people than I thought there'd be." Boyfriend explained, fidgeting with his hoodie strings.
"Well that's how parties work. Don't worry lover boy, just stay by me and you'll be alright, okay!!"
"Kay!!"
The two made their way into the house, immediately being greeted by Nene. “OH EM GEE!! Hey Peeks!! Hey Blue Balls!! Glad to see you two here!!!” Nene said excitedly.
“Good to see ya too Nene! Hey where’s Darnell!?” Pico asked, looking around to look for his friend.
“No idea! Probably setting some trees on fire or something. Anyways I gotta tell you something Pico.” Nene said, grabbing his arm.
“Wait Nene I told Bee I was gonna stay WITH HIM-” Pico didn’t have time to finish his sentence as he was dragged away by the smaller girl.
“Well I guess I’m by myself then.” Boyfriend mumbled to himself as he looked around.
Okay Boyfriend calm down. There’s only what? A thousand people here. You’ll be fine, Pico will come back soon enough.
Boyfriend felt like he couldn’t breathe, I mean how could you when you’re being crushed in a huge pile of drunk college students while R&B blasts at seven hundred decibels. He didn’t know why but it felt as if the room was getting smaller and smaller and everyone was getting closer and closer to him.
Why did it feel like everyone was staring at him. Were they? He didn’t know and he didn’t bother to look up, he was just busy trying to get out of there.
He pushed and shoved his way through the crowd before eventually finding an empty room. He walked in, noticing the lack of decorations other than a few paintings, a desk, and a bed. Must be the guest room. He thought to himself as he closed the door and sat on the bed.
He had to calm himself down. Pico would be back soon. He had too.

“So it’s about Justin.”
“What about Justin?”
Nene took a deep breath. “UGH HE FUCKING SUCKS!!” Nene shrieked before pacing around the room.
“He stinks, he’s always bragging about being the best player on the team despite never actually winning a game, and I’m pretty sure he has herpes.”
Nene took a breath. Pico thought the rant was over, but it was only just beginning.
“Ugh what is it with guys!? They act like they’re all hot shit when in reality they’re just pretentious assholes. God I just hate men so much but I don’t know why I do. I mean aren’t I supposed to like men? I mean that’s my whole purpose as a woman on earth and my mother always said that when I got older I’d have to get married to a man! So why don’t I like the-”
Pico got up and grabbed Nene by the shoulders, stopping her rant.
“Nene.”
“What?”
“You’re a lesbian.”
Nene looked at him for a second before laughing. “WAIT WAIT WAIT, YOU THINK THAT I’M A LESBIAN!?” She asked.
“I mean yeah, you just went on a rant about how much you hate men, plus the way you gush about that Cassandra chick is in now way heterosexual.”
Nene kept laughing before she finally processed the ginger's words.
“HOLY SHIT I’M A LESBIAN!!”
“About time you figured it out. Me and Darnell knew you were a girl kisser WAYYYY before you did.” Pico teased, making the shorter girl grumble.
“Shut the hell up. This is serious!! I’m not supposed to like other girls!! My mother and father always said that I have to date dudes. Who knows how they’re gonna react when they find out I don’t like men at all! I mean they always wanted grand kids not to mention they said I’d go to hell if I was a lesbia-”
“Nene”
“What?”
“Shut the fuck up”
Nene was about to go off on that ginger asshole before he stopped her in her tracks. “Listen princess bubblegum, your parents are fucking idiots. You don’t gotta date other men just because society says so. Kiss whoever the fuck you want, cause at the end of the day it’s not that big of a deal. Do what makes you happy dumbass.”
Nene still wasn’t sure what to do with her sudden realization. Does she announce it to the whole world? Does she tell her parents? She wasn’t sure. All she knew was that her first order of business would be to let Cassandra know about this.
“Wow uh, thanks Pico. I guess I'm less confused about my feelings for Cassandra. Only problem is how to tell her.”
“Figure out yourself, I gotta find Bee.”
“HEY DONT LEAVE ME HANGING PICO-”
He slammed the door before she could even finish what she was saying.
Was he always such an asshole? Nene never knew.
Well I guess it was time for her to find Cassandra.

Pico looked around the house, not being able to find Boyfriend anywhere.
That was when he eventually found the room that Boyfriend was in. He opened the door, revealing Boyfriend, who was laying on the bed, shaking.
“Shit Bee!” Pico mumbled before he closed the door and ran over to Boyfriend, gently sitting him up and hugging him. “Hey hey i’m here now alright. I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have left you like that!!”
Pico continued to hold the boy, trying his best to calm him down.
Boyfriend eventually calmed down, though he refused to let go of Pico.
“You okay now Bee?”
Boyfriend nodded, burying his head in Pico’s shoulder.
“Want me to stay here?”
Boyfriend nodded again.
Pico sat next to him, stroking the blue boy’s scalp while he laid his head on his shoulder.

“Oh hey Nene! Nice party you got goin on down there.”
Nene only laughed awkwardly as she walked over to Cassandra, who was smoking on the balcony. “Thanks. I was looking for you though actually.”
“Hm, what did you wanna tell me?”
Nene started to get nervous. What if she didn’t like her back.
“Okay so um-”
“You like me huh?”
Nene blushed before quickly looking up at Cassandra. “WHAT THE HELL!? HOW DID YOU KNOW” She demanded an answer.
Cassandra laughed at her fiestiness. “Oh come on, you’re so obvious. I bet you also think that I don’t like you back don’t you?”
“HOW ARE YOU PREDICTING EVERY THOUGHT THAT I HAVE!?”
“Because the author wants this chapter to be done as soon as possible, duh.”
“Fair point.”
Nene fiddled with her dress a bit, not knowing what to say next. “So you uh...like me back?”
Cassandra looked at her, a smirk on her face. “I mean yeah I just said that.”
“So you wanna date me”
“Sure why not.”
Nene cheered and jumped up and down before stopping, remembering they were on a balcony.
“To be honest, I’m glad that you like me back. I mean that Justin Katalano guy had herpes so I got worried when people were saying you liked him.”
Nene’s eyes widened. “So those weren’t just rumors huh?”
Cassandra shook her head, chuckling.
“Goddamn I dodged a fat bullet huh.”
“Yep you did.”
They stood in silence for a bit, before Nene spoke up. “Do you wanna uhh...kiss or something?”
“Sure why not,” Cassandra shrugged.
The two started to lean closer, Nene closing her eyes anticipating what was gonna happen next.
That was when she felt a peck on her cheek.
She quickly opened her eyes to look up at Cassandra, whose face had a shit-eating grin planted on it.
“HEY YOU FUCKIN TEASE!!” Nene yelled angrily, but Cass only laughed.
“Sorry sorry it was just a joke.” Cassandra apologized before grabbing Nene’s cheek, smashing their lips together. Cassandra decided to keep the kiss short however.
“Now that’s better.” Nene said, making Cassandra laugh again.
“C’mon let’s go back inside. Shall we?”
Cass reached a hand out to Nene, which she gratefully took in her own as they made their way back into the house.

“Sorry for leaving you. Nene needed help with something. I shoulda known better than to leave you by yourself, let alone take you to this party in the first place.”
“It’s alright don’t worry. I know you were just tryna take me outta my comfort zone.”
Okay Boyfriend.XML. This is the perfect time for you to tell Pico. Wait no you just had a panic attack wait a bit motherfucker. But what if you never get this oppurtunity again.
“Hey uh Pico, can I tell you something?” Boyfriend asked, looking up at Pico.
“Huh what is it?”
“So you uh-God okay-you know how me and Gigi are dating now right?”
Pico started to feel uncomfortable thanks to the mention of their relationship. He kept listening however, considering what Boyfriend had to say might be important.
“Well we talked about it and uh…”
Boyfriend was fidgeting with his hoodie strings again, nervous as all hell.
“Do you wanna...be in a relationship with us?”
Pico tilted his head, confused, and rightfully so. “What do you mean by that, Bee?”
Boyfriend gulped. “I mean, we both want to date you Pico. As in a polyamorous relationship. As in we both really think that you’re really awesome and cool and hot and we kinda wanna date you.”
Now Pico understood. He had no idea what he wanted to say.
“Listen it’s fine if you don’t want too, I just wanted to as-”
Pico quickly shushed him by pressing his own lips against the blue haired boys. Boyfriend was shocked of course, and yet made no effort to stop Pico, closing his eyes and placing his hands on Pico’s shoulders. He wanted this for the past ten days and he couldn’t pass up this opportunity.
I can’t wait for y’alls reactions when y’all find out this all happened over the course of ten days.
Boyfriend pulled away, out of breath and blush coating his entire face. “So I’m guessing this is a yes?” He asked, a smirk on his face.
“Whaddya think, lover boy?” Pico said before kissing him again, this time pinning him down on the bed. This was exhilarating for the two of them, I mean they spent the last couple of days thinking they weren’t in love with each other. Then again this is a fanfiction so of course they were.
Pico was about to slip his hand under Boyfriend's hoodie when suddenly…
“Damn y’all gay as fuck.”
The two immeadiatly pulled away to figure out who said that, only to find Darnell standing in the doorway, smirk on his face.
“DARNELL YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE!! I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF SOMETHING!!” Pico yelled, grabbing one of the pillows from the bed and throwing it at Darnell.
“Calm down man, I’ll let you guys continue your make out sesh, ya weirdos.” Darnell said before leaving the room, not even bothering to close the door.
Boyfriend could only laugh at how angry Pico had gotten. “Oh calm down ya big meanie. Ohhhh I bet Gigi can’t wait to hear this news, she’s gonna be so excited.”
Pico just watched as Boyfriend rambled on about Girlfriend, a soft smile on his face.
Well looks like he won’t have to mope anymore.

A week had gone by since the party and all was good so far.
Nene helped Cassandra kick start her band, Darnell was doing whatever he does, and Girlfriend, Pico, and Boyfriend? Well they couldn’t be any happier.
It felt as if a weight was lifted off their shoulders the moment the trio found out they all liked each other.
So now they were all here, sitting down on the couch, watching some shitty romcom, eating spaghetti, just enjoying each other's presence.
They had no idea why they were so worried about all three of them being in a relationship in the first place.
There was nothing to regret about it.
