Summary
It’s been four years since Mari died, four years since Sunny and Basil went missing. Hero is back from college and just wants to let go of his sadness and move on. But he can’t, especially not in Faraway. How could he forget his friends who were still not confirmed to be living or dead? How could he forget his girlfriend? He and Kel decide to meet up with Aubrey and reconnect with the only friend they have left, all three of them realizing they want answers once and for all. It’s time to take action, and what better time than summer to do it? Together, they retrace their childhood steps to try and figure out what happened to Sunny and Basil. And in doing so, they discover their imagination is the key to finding them.

Breaking news!
(+ SPOILERS)A child managed to take over and reshape purgatory into a cotton candy-gum drop escapist fantasy world, and friend group go on a road trip to said dream world to find missing persons.
Meanwhile SOMETHING, akin to a demon from hell used re-shaped fever-dream Limbo and this one friend group's very bad coping mechanisms to feed off their grief and escape into the real world, at which point a Valkyrie descended from on high and killed it with a flaming sword.
Man, was this fun!

(Post Sunny route ending. The gang forgave them, but are still struggling to move past it entirely)
Winter is rolling around the corner, bringing with it the very amazing break from school.
Because of this, Sunny has come to visit Faraway for a few weeks!Hero and Kel are more than happy to let Sunny sleep with them in their bedroom as he stays.
That is, until their new roommate starts muttering things in his sleep.Constant nightmares plague their friend almost every night.

The stress is so much, that Sunny finds himself accidentally falling back into his old habits. His dreams.
While he's there, he's greeted by good old Omori, who is just as upset as he is with him being back.
HEADSPACE shouldn't exist anymore. And it won’t. They'll make sure of that.Because if the dreamer fails to end his dream, then Omori will make sure he won’t ever awake again.

Summary
The thirty-fifth edition of Captain Spaceboy is one that lived in infamy within Kel's heart. It revolved around the Mercury Retrograde getting stranded amidst an asteroid field after running out of fuel; Spaceboy had left the safety of the ship himself to try and find a source of energy on one of the asteroids, hopefully to return with enough power to steer the ship out of harm's way.
However, a space storm had hit at the same time without warning, glitching Spaceboy's navigation and causing him to get lost. In his attempts to get back to safety, he stumbled upon a wormhole, getting trapped within. He was spat out on the other side and found that it had brought him back in time, of all things. Finding himself with the opportunity to change the wrongs of his past, the edition explored his moral dilemma as he tried to decide whether he even had the right to rewrite history, or if his obligation to the not-yet-existing crew took more priority.
Fucking thirty-fifth edition.
