It’s almost laughable how quick Black Sapphire’s demeanour changes once he is bound—his cocky and confident attitude all but melt under his hold, as wide eyes and pouty lips replace them. It’s almost certainly a ploy of some sort, but there’s a part of Clotted Cream that can’t help but prefer to see him in such a way.
“If you decide to remain cooperative.” He starts after a moment, tugging at Black Sapphire’s restraints ever-so-slightly. “Then maybe I’ll be inclined to show you some mercy, but as it stands, I have very little reason to give it to you.”
Black Sapphire’s pout turns into a smile and he tilts his head, batting his eyelashes once more.
“Oh, I'll be a good boy for you, Consul.” He purrs. “Promise!”
