Summary
Danny has been using a fake name to critique his parents' published scientific works. This draws the attention of the Flash, who calls the rest of the Justice League in when he sees how neglectful the Drs. Fentons are and that they ripped a whole between realities.

Summary
Danny had gotten captured by the GiW. His parents learn that he is Phantom, and work with his friends to rescue him, but he escapes on his own just before they do so. Fearing the worst he flees the city and winds up in Gotham. Claiming a portion of the docks as his, he drives out the drugs and guns, keeps the prostitutes safe, and flirts with Black Bat.

A rewrite of Taste of the Ghost
During a school trip to Gotham, Danny gets separated from the others and runs into a vampire. His memory of the encounter is hazy due to a light concussion so all he knows is that after being fed on he finally got a soulmark.
Cass wanting to know more about the teen she found causes a much bigger investigation into Amity Park.

Summary
When the Justice League learn about the GiW and make the government to shut them down, the agency doesn't go quietly. They besiege Amity Park in a vain attempt to capture enough ghosts to prove their danger only to cause a major explosion. Danny gets injured during the fighting and leaves Amity to find someplace to hide and heal.
