Izuku and Katsuki have been together for two years. After a fraught middle school experience, they healed their relationship in their first year of high school and started dating in their second year. Now, they're starting their freshman year of college.
Even though they're roommates, but they have different majors and extracurriculars so they don't get to see each other very often, but the time they do get to spend with each other is their favorite part of any day—more in love than ever. Since they're never around each other in public, they just never really bring each other up. Needless to say, when their friends find out they're dating they're all shocked.

“Hey Midoriya, how do you feel about Bakugou?” Izuku looks up from the physics problem set at the sound of Mina’s voice, brows slightly unfurling. Some members of class 3-A were in the common room doing school work or just hanging out. Graduation was looming right around the corner but things were calm–well ‘calm’ comparatively– for once in their turbulent lives.
“How do I feel about Kacchan?” Izuku repeats the question. Mina nods enthusiastically, having long since abandoned her own homework in favor of doing anything else. Izuku stills for a moment, seeming to contemplate the question before shrugging. He’s a little confused as to why she’s asking but humors her anyway.
“Well, I love him of course,” Izuku says casually. Almost too casually. As if it was the most obvious thing in the world. As if he didn’t just knock Katsuki’s whole being off axis.
