Summary
After an encounter with a bioweapon in December 1998, Raccoon City, Leon finds himself removed from his dream job. Refusing to let an injustice in the city rest, he stays in the city, ending up in a unique diner with an affinity for waiters in bunny suits. Despite the oddities, he's able to investigate with the help of Ada and Carlos who have also ended up in the city under their own circumstances. All the while, Umbrella has its own plans on how to continue their business with the work of a young scientist.
