“My father is looking for you,” she said darkly. “He has been for a long time,” she added, almost as an afterthought.
Lucian sighed, and got to his feet, walking as far as his chains would allow him. This time she didn’t step back. He was halted only a few centimetres from her. He breathed deeply, taking his time to answer.
“I know Viktor is looking for me,” he said in a low voice.
“Selene,” he added with a small smirk. This time she stepped back from him, snarling at his words.“I know who you are, make no mistake,” he called after her, as she bolted from the room, leaving him alone again. He almost chuckled, but couldn’t quite muster the energy to see the humour in the situation.
An unplanned fanfic. We will see where this leads us. Takes place in an AU where Lucian is still hurting over the loss of his wife, and he tries in vain to warn a certain dark haired vampire of her evil father.
Rating mature for eventual content of a violent and sexual nature.
