Summary
Céline LaRue has been living in Okinawa since she was eight years old. Reki Kyan became her best friend around age nine, and Kojiro Nanjo and Kaoru Sakurayashiki have been helping her older sister raise her for about the same period of time. Now, she and Reki are 17 and Langa Hasegawa has arrived. It's all downhill from here (but it's skateboarding, after all, so maybe that's a good thing).
