It's one bat vs. six of the best profilers in the world and the second best tech goddess in history so it's really anyone's guess whether Dick Grayson will learn all their secrets before they learn his.
It's okay, though, he only has to last long enough to either keep Emily Prentiss alive or figure out if she's working with a mass terrorist.

Derek sighs. He’s never been one to dance around a subject like this, and he’s not sure why he’s starting now. It can’t be that he’s scared. “She shouldn’t have said that,” he says finally. No more bullshit.
This, apparently, is all the dam needed to break. Spencer sets his mug back on the coffee table hard enough that a bit of the tea splashes over the side and onto one of Spencer’s hands. He doesn’t even seem to notice the pain, though, rising from his place on the couch and starting to pace around the room.
“I can’t believe she—” He pushes his hands through his hair. “Mourned the loss of six, what is that supposed to mean? She didn’t mourn anyone, she knew we were alive, she knew she’d get to see us again if we caught Doyle. We thought she was dead.” He scoffs. “Or, most of us thought she was dead.”
OR: spencer's friendships with jj and emily are falling apart. derek is just trying to hold them all together while silently wrestling with his own complicated feelings. it's fine. he's fine.

Elizabeth "Elsie" Mitchell is a multi-hyphenate-she's only 27, but she's got two doctorates under her belt, has had her paintings displayed in multiple respectable galleries in New York City, and is climbing her way up the FBI food chain.
She's also a complete train-wreck.
Elsie has a neurological condition called hyperthymesia-the extensive, long-term ability to remember, specifically what she sees. It sounds like such a blessing, but it haunts her, especially in her line of work. But she can't stop. Being a forensics analyst for the FBI is what keeps her alive, gets her out of bed.
Spencer "Boy-genius" Reid has been in the FBI for ten years. His team is like his family-or so he thought. In the past 14 weeks, he'd grieved one of his best friends, cried on the shoulder of another, only to find out that none of it was real, that Emily Prentiss had never died in the first place. He doesn't know where he stands with the team, but he knows one thing-this team is the closest he'll ever have to a big family, but no one on it truly understands him, not on the level he'd like.
Not until Elsie Mitchell is recruited.
