Summary
The man they're there to see is Sirichai 'Chai' Wu, the oldest, but illegitimate son of the Suwan family, born from one of the Suwan family's head mistresses he met and keeps in Hong Kong. Not someone they could consider outwardly dangerous because of his position in his family, but dangerous if he decides eliminating Theerapanyakul territory is worth the risk to get daddy's last name.
"He distributes mostly, uh, pleasure and recreational items," Pete had said during the briefing before the mission with Vegas and the rest of the bodyguards that would be accompanying them in various capacities. So why, when Vegas ushers him into the club and Pete's eyes immediately land on a large stage with human-sized cages hanging from either side and several young men and women dancing and grinding on each other in various states of undress, is Pete surprised.
His lips part in a startled little 'o', blinking owlishly at the sight that his brain isn't entirely sure he's processing.

Vegas was hesitant. Pete had had a lot to drink that night. More than usual. They had spent the evening at Hum Bar with all of Pete’s friends and, as was not a surprise to Vegas, Pete had gone heavy on the drinks. Vegas was a light drinker when they were in public; someone had to watch over Pete, after all. Pete, meanwhile, let himself go often, especially if Porsche was present. He allowed himself to have more drinks than he probably should have.
Vegas should have known, though, that this would result in horny Pete. Pete liked sex at the worst of times; he loved sex when he was drunk. Vegas was always hesitant, though; was this consensual? “I’m not going to give you information,” Pete volunteers to his bent over form. There’s no way to know exactly what’s in store for him but Pete feels the need to make that declaration.
There’s a sharp zapping sound, and Vegas turns to face him then, revealing the jumper cables in his gloved hands which are connected to a car battery on the table behind him. The rest seems self-explanatory.
“I don’t want information,” Vegas says, finally looking up at him from the cables.
By then Vegas is already advancing on him, much too close for comfort. But Pete has already resigned himself at this point.
Or the one where Pete is very uncooperative at being tortured, Vegas gets a little too creative and falls for his own trap in the worst way possible.

Pete glanced to Vegas, just for a moment, as he and Pren both stood to welcome Pete. Vegas’ expression had smoothed over again, but Pete could feel the simmering jealousy, even from where he was standing. It was only going to get worse if all went according to plan.
