Summary
As an experienced and skilled vampire hunter, Damen is often away from the safety of his home and the Hunters' headquarters, usually trying to track down and kill a vampire Beta who is part of the Vere family. So, when he returns to find a vampire attack underway, Damen launches himself into action.
However, the vampires are no strangers, and Damen soon finds himself in a new world where he has to navigate his fraught relationship with Laurent Vere.
