Noel is chosen to go back! Yay! But not yay, actually because he doesn’t want to. He doesn’t deserve to, either. Why should he go back if all all he is is a dreamer?
But he has to because Karnak said so.
But strange things are happening in Uranium. Something, or someone, is following him and humming songs from the warehouse. Also, no one remembers Misha Bachynskyi, Noel’s best friend who he maybe sort of had a teensy tiny itty bitty huge crush on.
Noel doesn’t know what’s happening, and he doesn’t like it.
But then he figures out what it is and he does like it.

Summary
When Ocean declared that she was forcing the choir to help with prom Noel thought it'd be the worst thing imaginable. But once he gets online to their school's prom website and meets a fellow classmate going by the name Badegg? He suddenly starts caring a lot less about being forced to help set up prom with the angirest boy in their school and a lot more about when he'll next get to chat with badegg, who he couldn't figure out the real identity of, but knew he had to be the opposite of Mischa as the nicest boy in their school.
An instant connection online and a slow budding friendship in real life, all while none the wiser to it being the very person they've been forced to spend all their free time with. All surrounding the choir, and mostly Noel in the month leading up to Saint Cassian's senior prom. Which could actually turn out a whole lot better than Noel ever imagined it could.

Mischa Bachinski might have only been in town for a month, and only been to five minutes of a choir rehearsal, but he recognizes the boy he finds injured and unconscious in the middle of the road to be Noel Gruber. And for some reason, he can't leave him there.
Aka the two part fanfic no one asked for where Noel gets in an accident and Mischa decides to help him, despite never speaking to each other and everything that follows after that.
