Noel Gruber might be one of the most talented private detectives in the world, but unfortunately he is sixteen years old and his brilliant mind is wasted on Uranium City.
Having honed his detective skills for years, Noel spends his time solving whatever petty "mysteries" the students of St. Cassian's can bring to him for a little extra cash. Most of the time, it's simple research quests for people who have too much money on their hands. Noel may lack any legitimate qualifications but that's not a problem in a town where there's no real criminal cases to be involved in; when Misha Bachynskyi gets convicted of a crime after having too much to drink at a party, it's the most interesting thing that's happened in years. And Misha's punishment is choir.
The worst part is, Misha is swearing to anyone who will listen that he was framed.
