But now, he’s thrust into a horrifying reality where consequences finally arise so now there’s much more to hide and even more to atone for.
What should’ve been two grueling weeks where the two should hold nothing but disdain or amusement for each other isn’t so. A chain reaction of events forces the two to work together for better and worse and ultimately changes the outcome of the whole group’s trials and tribulations.

Hasegawa's yawn ruptured through the bittersweet silence around him. He didn't want to disturb Kamimura's rest, especially since it had been so hard for him to fall into unconsciousness. He promised that once the two of them escaped this madness, Hasegawa would fund Kamimura's entire medical plan. He did not care at all how much it all costed, nor how much Kamimura yelled at him in rebuttal.
The taller man bent his body over Kamimura's bed and scrunched his hands over one of his many blankets. The permafrost in the air nipped at the top of his bare arms like a thorned nettle vine. The warmness of the bed, of Kamimura's small amount of body heat, hugged his underarms.
