Eddie, the local beloved mailman was known to be a sunbeam of a man. Every day, he worked his hardest to deliver the mail on time and say good morning to all his neighbors… and that includes Frank Frankly. The quiet, somewhat cold and stoic neighbor that Eddie couldn’t help but fall head over heels for. He never planned to tell the other, but when a letter he didn’t mean to send gets looped in with the rest of the mail, Frank and Eddie are thrown for a loop.

Summary
Somehow life never changes for Frank. Here in town, every day is the same. No one else ever seems too bothered by this, so Frank figures they shouldn’t be either.
They simply go through the motions, with a complete understanding of how little choice they have in the matter.
Either they’re going to the store, or to catch butterflies, or to pick flowers with Julie, most of the time they end up at Wally’s house talking about what to paint.
These aren’t bad ways to spend a day, Frank just sometimes wishes they could do something that really matters.
And then one day, there’s someone new.
