Summary
Tails the Fox and Amy [Wong] (an AI) were long star-crossed, lost to each other for over a decade of his life, though only a blink of the eye in her discontinuous existence. Reunited of late through the magnanimity of a god-like being, they began their life together again, and Tails designed a variant liquid Terminator body for Amy (at her request) soon thereafter (fear not: he's more Doctor Who than Doctor Doom). A few months into their adjustment period, we join them now in quieter moments to see what things are like when they're not busy fighting dragons and saving the world.
“Dimidium” is intended to look at a slice of life, presented as a set of vignettes. They don't tell a continuous story as such, instead filling in the flavor of things in the between moments.

Summary
The family that bakes together, stays together. The misadventures of an ever-hungry Troll named Snotgurgle, and his long-suffering wife Grumblewart, are a series of self-contained short stories (each chapter alone concluding its own mini-arc), with a general larger arc connecting them all.
It's all about a family of Trolls living in modern-day Jötunheimr (southeast of Niflheimr and east of Earth 1 [Orion Earth: Miðgårðr]), the approximately Bronze Age multi-species land that once was the gargantuan expanse of ᛃᚯᛏᚢᚾᚺᚨᛁᛗᛦ·ᚲᚨᛁᛊᚨᚱᚨᚷᚨᚱᚧᚢᚱ [ Jötunheimr Keisaragarður: Jötunheimr Imperial Park ]. If your eye is twitching at the futhark set, there's a reason; jötunska only parallels íslensku (see .pdf's notes section for further details [.pdf's URL in head-note of this story's first chapter]).
Though not necessary here, a map of Jötunheimr (made with AutoREALM v2.2.1) is included in the main body of chapter one.

Note: not set in any given fandom specifically, but broadly inspired by the flavor of Philip José Farmer's “Riverworld”. That being said, I do picture Icewall's version of Ringworld to incorporate Riverworld (and some aspects of John Varley's “Gaea trilogy”), hence it being in a series with “Tornado insurance”. (Looking back in 2022, it feels a little like the later Twain homage of “Papa's john”, though it wasn't a conscious intention here.)

Summary
When surrounded by evil, can evil acts counter evils for the cause of good? In a small village reminiscent of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain in Burgundy, or the Rue De L'ancienne Poste in Beynac-et-Cazenac in Dordogne, an accordion playing “London calling” (the theme music of the TV show 'Allo 'allo) in the background, an angry would-be-hero in a world of literal monsters and mayhem finds that the lines aren't always clear nor the world always quite so brightly lit.
