Summary
Annette is excited to be going to Silver Steppes, a three-day music festival held every year in the middle of nowhere (aka the Tailtean Plains). One of her favourite bands is headlining and, best of all, she’ll be sharing a tent with Mercedes, giving them the opportunity to reconnect when Annette has felt them slowly drifting apart over the last six months.
Unfortunately, Mercedes’ absent-mindedness leaves Annette out in the cold.
Felix reluctantly takes her in.
Written for Felannie Week Day 7: (Very specific) first anythings ~ first time going to a multi day music festival, first time sharing a tent with a guy, first time realizing Felix isn’t (entirely) a villain :P

Two different takes on the day one prompt for Felannie Week 2024:
Chapter 1: Set in a modern AU. Felix's hoodie is the warmest, softest, and best hoodie Annette has ever had. It's her favorite thing to wear when the weather turns crisp. The only problem? She can't find it.
Chapter 2: Set Post-Azure Moon. Annette is happily married to Felix when he is called away to join a diplomatic mission to Sreng. She stays in Fraldarius to continue the development of her school for magic and run the territory. A precious wedding gift from Mercedes has gone missing.
