His wings are getting unkempt and misshapen, he can't reach the areas he needs to preen. Wifies notices, but he doesn't want Wifies help. He doesn't want Wifies anywhere near his wings. Eventually, his wings are so messed up he can't neglect it anymore, and Parrot has to give into Wifies for help.
