"I will miss you."
Hao smiles. "When you do," he lowers his voice. "Tell the sea, then. When it's at its quietest."
"Tell," the captain echoes in a whisper. "The sea?"
"About us," the siren bats his eyelids. He tilts his head, too, as a wave of dark red strands filters the moon, soft curtains that let Hanbin take a peek into Hao's soul. "About the words that tie us together, the stories you bring to life, the stars we call glimmering pearls." -

“And what about that? What is it?” Hanbin pointed upwards.
Shit. Fuck. Double fuck. Zhang Hao was finished, because how the hell was he going to explain the exotic lionfish, which could only be found in deep seas and was known to be venomous, hanging near the window to dry like it was no big deal. There was no way he could tell him its actual use—curse breaking.
“Oh,” Zhang Hao said weakly, feeling faint. “Uh, that’s actually dried codfish. Also for the soup. It’s um, the main ingredient.”
In which Zhang Hao, a tattoo artist, hides his secret identity as a witch from Sung Hanbin—the owner of the newly opened flower shop next door. It doesn’t help that a rogue witch cult is running rampant amidst the supernatural society in Seoul, stirring up trouble.

"Back so soon, Lord Sung?" Without even looking up, just the sound of his voice makes Hanbin's heart skip a beat.
"Haohao," Hanbin breathes, reverent as he traces Zhang Hao's lower lip with his thumb. A strand of saliva connects them, and Hanbin already knows that he will be thinking of this exact moment when he paints in the deep quietness of the night, except that the translucent line will turn red like a string of fate to bind them together.
There is no façade Zhang Hao could wear that Hanbin would not love.

“He wrote it when he was thirteen, hyung. It’s an imaginary guy. He probably had some fictional character in mind when he made that list,” Matthew says, voice softening with genuine concern.
But it doesn’t deter Hanbin.
“Well, I’m going to become that guy,” he insists, repeating the same words he’s been saying for years.
When Hanbin accidentally found Hao’s old “ideal type” list eight years ago, he made ticking every box on it his lifelong mission. Now at twenty-one, he’s closer than ever to completing it. What started as a silly teenage crush has turned to years of quiet devotion and yearning. -

Summary
It takes a bit of time for everyone in Camp Half-Blood to get used to Hao. It takes a bit more time to realize that, despite the whole Zeus vs Poseidon thing, Hao and Hanbin don't actually hate each other.
(Or: Five times members of Camp Half-Blood understand Hao and Hanbin's relationship, and one time Hao and Hanbin themselves understand it.)
