Alastor leans his head away from the nip and into something alluring and confident, adorned with that playful smile he wears when his next words will be particularly important. “Good pets get treats, don’t they?~”
He chuckles behind closed lips before taking another sip of coffee, closing one eye to watch the other’s reaction.
Another series of glitches racks Vox’s screen and body, causing him to nearly drop and shatter yet another coffee mug. He coughs, clearing his throat, and takes a quick drink of coffee in a vain attempt to hide the violet blush on his screen. “Well… yes… I uh… Treats, huh?”

Summary
After the extermination, Vox has been quite busy documenting things, making Alastor give the impression he was rather busy.
The deer demon first brushed it off, but it eventually became too much. The pain of the wound, the teasing of Lucifer and the lonely feeling of not being in his partners arms, made him break down crying and unable to really hold it in any longer.
He felt like drowning emotionally by holding it back.
