POV/Main Character: Steve Harrington +Eddie Munson (Third Person Limited)
SYNOPSIS: A year after Wayne Munson's death, Eddie and Robin decide it is a good idea to spend their small savings on tickets for the Rocky Horror Show revival happening at Broadway and convince Nancy and Steve to drive a shitty lemon of a car attached to the trailer up to New York with them.
INTRO: Robin bursts in through the front door of the Family Video, her gleeful expression unmissable to anyone with seeing eyes. "I know what you and I are traveling to next week!"
"Next week? Robin, I'm working-"
"No! I called Keith, I convinced him to give us the week off and... here." Robin placed four rectangular cards on the counter.
"The Rocky Horror Show Musical? Really not my thing." Steve answered.
"Oh, come on! I told you how much it means to me! Eddie knew this guy and he sold us the last ones he had, and I really want you to-"
Steve examined the inscriptions on the small bit of paper "Broadway? You wanna ride up to Manhattan?"
"Well, we thought it could be fun! Like a nice family road trip-"
"We? Who is we? Who're the spare tickets for, Robin?"
"Well, it'd be you and me..." The girl stalled. Steve immediately knew it was not going to be an answer he liked.
"Aaaaand?" He insisted.
""Well... Eddie. And I thought maybe we could invite Nancy."
"So the guy who tolerates me cuz he's friends with you and my ex-girlfriend who I don't talk to much anymore but somehow also became friends with you?"
"Well, Steve what do you want me to do? I don't have other friends! Come on! It'd mean the world to me, plus I swear we'll have fun!"
Steve rolled his eyes, exhaling in defeat. "Fine. I'll hold you to that! How are we even getting to Manhattan in the first place, it's like a twenty hour drive!"
Robin clapped her hands is euphoric enthusiasm "That is the best part!"
SET IN: 1987/1988 - Canon divergent from ST4 in which nobody dies, Jonathan and Nancy have broken up and Vecna's been defeated.
