Naturally, that had him intrigued. The wanker. His leg slid to the floor and he leaned forward, resting his elbows on his thighs. “Alright then, I'll play. Who?”
“Potter.” It nearly stole her breath away, saying the very name she’d avoided at all costs for years now.
“Ahh,” Draco's gaze immediately softened and…was that a flash of pity she saw? It quickly cleared and his expression shifted into something unreadable but it was too late. She could easily guess what he thought about the entire situation and couldn't help but hate him at that moment. Though it was no one's fault but her own that she'd allowed emotions she'd buried deep ages ago to come creeping back to haunt her.
“Precisely. And the interrogation is scheduled for the day before his wedding.”
