“Hey, Dagur, I’ve been meaning to ask—what was with the Loki thing?”“Oh, yeah. Funny story, actually...” Hiccup rarely finds that he likes it when Dagur begins a sentence with ‘funny story’. Sure enough, the tale that follows is enough to nearly make Hiccup choke on his breakfast.
So. Apparently, Hiccup has gone from ‘runty screw-up’ to ‘literal God in disguise’ in Berk’s eyes.
Hiccup would like to go back to sleep.

“Hey, Hiccup, I've been meaning to ask: when I arrived, you thought my armada was Alvin’s. What was up with that?”
“Oh, hah, yeah.” When Hiccup’s nervous chuckles peter off, exchanging glances with Heather, he deadpans, “Funny story, actually.”
Dagur doesn’t think Alvin thinking that Heather’s island was easy pickings is all that funny. Especially considering that, after Alvin got surprised by the dragons on their side, he ended up telling Dagur about those dragons.
“So you see, you were actually his revenge,” Hiccup finishes, smiling at Dagur, who’s starting to feel a little... murdery.
Deep breaths, Dagur. Deep breaths. We’re finding stupid Oswald, we’re not going off to blast Alvin into oblivion (yet). No matter how tempting the idea is.
”I am the sea, calm and wide, my sense of peace comes from the inside...”
He does not appreciate the weirded out looks he gets. Have they never heard a calming mantra before?

When Hiccup was eleven years old, he tried to run away from Berk, only to run into serious trouble. Saved by the legendary Skrill, a terrifying creature of lightning and the insignia of the Berserker tribe, he was given an unusual gift. The gift of becoming part dragon.
With his new saviour and mentor to guide him, Hiccup became the most powerful of dragons (beside the Night Fury), right under his village's collective nose. But after the disappearance of his newfound ally, he soon found himself fall back into his old, dragon killing ways.
Four years later, at fifteen years of age, Hiccup found himself using his own homemade bola-throwing contraption atop a hill as he aimed at a Night Fury.

Summary
Look, Tony Stark is used to getting kidnapped. It's historically a thing. Most of the times a kidnapping involved ransoms or threats or at the very least a super villain monologuing for at least an hour. Things they did not involve were upscale penthouses, chess, and the kidnapper making Tony dinner.
Loki is bored and a bit unpredictable, though.
