Given everything, it was actually surprising no-one had foreseen it or something like it.
Like, in hindsight? It was really obvious something like that would be likely to happen.
As it were, the day Tim surprised Kon with a newly-purchased apartment and a request to move in with him and, immediately upon saying yes, Kon developed a fever, well.
