Ignoring the pun – he has that smirk again, and his eyes are looking over Barry very thoroughly.
He shifts uneasily. “See,” he says, “that right there, that’s what makes me think you’re flirting.”
Snart raises a brow. “And if I was?”Or, Captain Cold offers the Flash a deal he can't refuse.
Note - this is a prequel-ish story to "A Pretty, Painted Picture" and "I've Got Soul but I'm Not a Soldier". You don't have to have read those to understand this.

It was like an acid burn, for a moment everything felt normal and then it was like Barry's whole body was on fire. It was like the biggest shot of adrenaline, like he was suddenly way too aware of everything from the pain in his ribs to the smell of the front offices. He gasped at the same time Snart did, hand going up to his cheek which was still too hot and-
He turned, it felt like it took a lifetime, and Snart was on the floor staring up at him-
His whole hand had turned a red so dark it was almost black. A Lichtenberg figure, the analytical part of Barry’s brain supplied, Leonard’s Mark looked like a lightning burn.

Len gets hit with a truth spell while helping Barry take care of a wayward sorceress. Spending an entire day at S.T.A.R. Labs with Cisco and Caitlin to figure out how to undo the spell, and eventually spending the evening with Barry, pulls more confessions from Len than he ever thought possible - especially when his biggest secret is his larger than life crush on a certain Scarlet Speedster.
