They’d put her in it. She hated it and tried to scream for him, because Alpha was supposed to be there to protect the pups. But she couldn’t manage sounds, her hands felt like heavy, limp weights at the end of her arms. She let them put her in the sterile, horrible nest because her Omega was screaming, frantic that any movements could hurt the pups. He was coming back. That’s what he said. So he would find her.
