Summary
To even the odds: both teams—the U-20 and Blue Lock—must train in the same facility, lest the U-20 team receives backlash for their unfair advantages. Still, an unspoken rule is rapidly embedded in both teams: fraternizing with the opposite side is the purest form of betrayal. Enemies stay enemies, teammates remain teammates.
Two months of overwhelming foreboding, 62 days to prepare for the pinnacle of their careers. A lot can happen in two months—when one chases self-satisfaction, and the other control. Lines blur seamlessly when someone’s options run low — when potential resides in the enemy camp.
Unwanted feelings are dragged to the surface, threatening to unravel everything Sae’s worked for. Shidou’s obsessive personality is something one attempts to stray away from. Each decision teeters on the edge of personal desire and duty. Each decision reveals something Itoshi is committed to bringing to his grave.
Such conditions breed fragile resolve; a weak mind invites bad decisions. But what qualifies as a bad decision and who decides its morality?

"Feels good, right?" Shidou whispered into Sae's ear, breath fanning over his skin in a way he knew would send anyone's heartbeat into a frenzy.
Sae didn't flinch when Shidou hooked a finger into his waistband, brought his lips dangerously close to the soft skin of Sae's neck, waiting for the genius to judo-flip him to the ground like he half expected him to. He'd let him, obviously, because it was Sae.
"Get off me," said Sae.
But there was no real threat behind it; he said it so calmly that Shidou didn't buy it for a second. He tugged Sae's hip toward him by his waistband, a little harder than he'd intended to. But fuck, it was getting so hard not to just grab this genius and pin him to that big fucking bed.
"You sure?" He whispered, skimming his lips over Sae's skin, tempting him with it. Teasing him with it.
Shidou felt something shift in the air between them. No, wait, he felt something shift in Sae.
And that was before he pressed his lips right into Sae's neck.

Summary
Sae's second year in college is smooth, just as the first. But it doesn't come easy. Constant trips to a nearby coffeeshop with his brother to study, so many to the point where he had 'befriended' half the staff. Everything is balanced. Until an unexplained variable enters the equation. The boy who had has his menacing eyes on Sae since the first day of Calculus AB Extended. Sae tries to keep his cool as the boy weasels his way into every situation annoyingly. He's aware it's annoying him more than it should, but why?
