Sherlock (BBC) - Relationship-centric fics
Fan fics for the BBC television series Sherlock which don't include Sherlock's fake death or anything from series 3 or 4 as a major plot point. These are basically relationship-centric fics that don't fit in any of my other collections. I only include completed fics in my collections which I have read and enjoyed.

Summary
Sherlock hates spending Christmas with his snobby parents. John has nowhere to go over the holidays. The heat in 221B is broken and their fridge is empty. Plus, Sherlock's parents will hate John.
So of course Sherlock takes John along.
It's not his fault that his parents assume John's his boyfriend. Of course John is perfect and all, but Sherlock doesn't do romance. So what harm can there be in pretending, if it makes his parents this mad? -

John felt his face reddening as he lined up the shot and took a few photos. He shook his head slightly, his heart pounding as he switched apps, brought up the photos, chose the best one, tapped out a quick message and pressed send.
He didn't receive a reply for five minutes. When the reply did come, he frowned slightly.
>> Welllll? Im waiting lol
He checked the chat with Steve and the photo wasn't there. He was sure he'd sent it. He had a sudden sick, sinking feeling in his gut.
"Oh no," he breathed. "Oh no no no please no."

Intent on proving that he’s not a total dick, John decides to make it his mission to find Sherlock a boyfriend. This, as it turns out, is the worst idea John has ever had.
