“Y/N.” He can’t look at you, not when his throat closes up with the threat of something he can’t handle. “I thought you were dead. I- I spent weeks mourning you, and just trying to live with the fact I lost you. And then you came back.”
He laughs, but it sounds a little hysterical. “You came back like this. And i don’t know what the fuck to do. And I'm freaking out.” Shinsnou whispers the last words and you sigh shakily.
Shinso is trying to move on from the fact his girlfriend got eaten by zombies, which is nothing abnormal during the zombie apocalypse. He'd say he's faring pretty well, until you find your way back to him looking much more green
