When Yasha is invited to become a gardener at Castle Xhorhaus -- of course she has to take it. Beau wouldn't dream of standing in her way. She's sure they can make their relationship work, no matter the distance.
But its hard. Yasha is always so busy with work, and Beau just... misses her.
“I’m gonna fuckin’ miss you,” Beau whispered.Yasha’s laugh was soft and low. “I will miss you too,” she said. “I don’t know -- I feel like I’ve forgotten a time before I was at your side every night.”
Beau squeezed Yasha’s hand. “Always the poet,” she said.
“Always, for you,” Yasha agreed. “You deserve poetry, and it will be waiting when you come to visit.”
