Summary
Settling into their new normal lives, Gale and Halsin are stuck with a great distance between them. Setting up permanent portal spells takes a lot of time and dedication, but finally, finally the last casting is ready. Absence has made hearts grow fonder, finally sharing a night together allows them time to indulge in all the passion that has been held back. But what else has changed since the last time they were able to be together like this?...

Gale is wounded in battle, and with the others all tending to a variety of other wounds too, Karlach offers to take care of the resident wizard. Choosing a spot a little further from camp, he finds there is a surprising tenderness from the barbarian that she rarely shows to anyone else, her touch as soothing as it is gentle.
Two doomed hearts beat beneath the same sky, finding a moment of peace in the long night, even if it's only for one night...

Summary
A series of very short pieces designed to provide a little slice of comfort to a gender-non-specific reader from a variety of our favourite characters~ Previously I only had them on my Tumblr but they should sit in here nicely too, for anyone who needs a little softness on a hard day.
Each "chapter" will have a different character and scenario, and whilst many will focus on physical pain there may be psychological pain comforted too, and I am very happy to take on requests for different characters and scenarios. So if you'd like to see any specific character/scenario pairing for this, please let me know and I'll write something up for you~
