Inspired by a dream I had almost a decade ago about a non-existent episode of the Ruby Spears "Mega Man" cartoon entitled "Blackout."
Dr. Wily activates an EMP Dome that renders all things powered by electricity around the city unresponsive, and has his robotic minions go on a crime rampage while he awaits his ransom money. Mega Man is left to stop him by himself in complete darkness.
