Arc One: What was supposed to be a regular convention becomes a nightmare as a new mad scientist emerges!
The mysterious Dr. Cossack challenges Mega Man to defeat his robots, or he'll unleash them on New York City!
Taking up the challenge, Mega Man flies to the cold tundra of Siberia to confront the renegade scientist, but not everything is as it seems. For as much talk as Cossack has garnered, there are hushed whispers of someone that has gone missing. And Wily has been unusually quiet...Edited out the swearing so it better fits what would be allowed on television in the 90s.
